Bashundhara Paper introduces CRM software
Bashundhara Paper Mills Limited (BPML) on Tuesday introduced a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software aiming to make easier customer services for its tissue unit.
CRM software is a complete database of customers to manage various kinds of activities with clients such as quotation, follow-up note, activity history, key contacts, customer communications and internal account function.
Bashundhara Group Vice Chairman Safwan Sobhan launched the software at a ceremony titled “Execution of CRM Software for Retail Market” at Gulnaksha Hall of International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB) in the city.
Bashundhara Group Deputy Managing Director Mostafizur Rahman was present at the programme chaired by Bashundhara Group’s Tissue and Paper Division Executive Director (sales and marketing) Md Masuduzzaman.
While speaking at the event, Bashundhara Group Vice Chairman Safwan Sobhan said the company introduced the software to make customer easier.
He hoped that the software will help the company lead the competitive market.
The Bashundhara Group vice chairman mentioned that the software is the next challenge for the marketing team.
According to Masuduzzaman, the Bashundhara Tissue at present holds about 90 percent of the total market share. After launching of the software, the brand will be able to raise it market share to 95 percent, he expressed the hope.
During a brief presentation, an official informed that the software has some special features, which will enable a customer to make trouble-free orders and high officials of the company to receive feedback from the field level.
