বাংলাদেশ জুয়েলার্স এসোসিয়েশনের (বাজুস) প্রেসিডেন্ট সায়েম সোবহান আনভীরের আহ্বানে সাড়া দিয়ে দেশের জুয়েলারি শিল্পে নতুন নতুন কারখানা স্থাপনে যৌথভাবে বিনিয়োগের আগ্রহ প্রকাশ করেছেন-এ খাতে ভারতের শীর্ষ ব্যবসায়ীরা। ভারতীয় ব্যবসায়ীদের বাংলাদেশে বিনিয়োগের আহ্বান জানিয়ে বাজুস প্রেসিডেন্ট সায়েম সোবহান আনভীর বলেছেন, বাংলাদেশের আছে দক্ষ স্বর্ণ শিল্পী আর ভারতের আছে দক্ষ ডিজাইনার। দুই দেশের এই দুই ধরনের সক্ষমতাকে কাজে লাগিয়ে যৌথভাবে মার্কেটিং করতে পারব। প্রতিবেশী দুই দেশ সম্মিলিতভাবে কাজ করলে, বিশ্বে জুয়েলারি শিল্পে সবার উপরে থাকবো। আমাদেরকে কেউ বাধাগ্রস্ত করতে পারবে না। গত ২৮ জুন ভারতের গোয়া’য় হোটেল দ্যা লিলা’য় ভারতীয় প্রতিষ্ঠান কেএনসি সার্ভিসেস আয়োজিত দুই দিনব্যাপী ‘সোনার বাংলা’ শীর্ষক জুয়েলারি এক্সপো’র উদ্বোধনী অনুষ্ঠানে প্রধান অতিথির বক্তব্যে এ সব কথা বলেন বাজুস প্রেসিডেন্ট সায়েম সোবহান আনভীর।
