50 needy people receive blankets in Kushtia

Bashundhara Shuvosangho has distributed blankets among 50 helpless and poor people in Kushtia.
Sadar Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Partha Protim Seal was the chief guest while Assistant Commissioner (Land) Rifatul Islam was special guest at the distribution programme in Dhanapara area of the district on Tuesday.

UNO Partha Protim Seal has appreciated the role of Bashundhara Group for extending humanitarian support to the distress people over the years.
Kaler Kantho Staff Correspondent Tariqul Haque Tariq, Daily Ittefaq’s Mostafizur Rahman, Shuvosangho General Secretary Kakoli Khatun, Joint Secretary Shakil were present during the occasion.
The impoverished people expressed their gratitude after receiving new blankets from Bashundhara Shuvosangho in the harsh cold. Wrapped in the blankets, they prayed sincerely for the owners and officials of Bashundhara Group.
