Nepal Embassy hosts reception

The Embassy of Nepal in Dhaka on Monday hosted a reception on the occasion of the visit of Nepalese Foreign Minister Pradeep Kumar Gyawali.

The Nepalese foreign minister arrived in Dhaka on a three-day bilateral visit, aiming to deepen the already existing excellent ties.

A good number of high-level dignitaries, ambassadors and high commissioners of different foreign missions in Dhaka, foreign diplomats, high government officials and the elite of the city attended the reception.

Bashundhara Group Managing Director Sayem Sobhan Anvir also attended the reception.

On his arrival, the Bashundhara Group MD was warmly welcomed by Ambassador of Nepal in Bangladesh Dr Banshidhar Mishra and other high officials of the embassy.

Sayem Sobhan Anvir exchanged greetings and discussed various bilateral issues of mutual interests with the visiting Nepalese foreign minister.

The Bashundhara Group MD also exchanged pleasantries with Nepalese Foreign Secretary Shanker D. Bairagi, Indian High Commissioner Riva Ganguly Das, the high commissioner of the Maldives, ambassadors of Thailand, Vatican City and Bhutan and other dignitaries.
