Spanish defender Gotor inks deal with Bashundhara Kings
Bashundhara Kings roped in Spanish central defender George Gotor for their upcoming Bangladesh Premier League 2018-2019 season. Kings inked the deal with Gotor in a contract-signing ceremony at Bashundhara Kings Headquarters in Bashundhara Residential Area on Sunday.
Bashundhara Kings General Secretary Minhajul Islam Minhaj signed the contract on behalf of Bashundhara Kings as Gotor vowed allegiance for Kings. Bashundhara Kings Head Coach Oscar Bruzon was also present during the ceremony.
Gotor played for Maldivian champions New Radiant Sports Club. He was also part of Spain’s Under-17 squad and has made five appearances for the U-17 Red Furies. Gotor also played for the reserve team of La Liga outfits Getafe and Espanyol.
Along with Kings’ prized recruit Daniel Colindres, Bashundhara also brought in Haiti national team player Kervens Fils Belfort and Benjamin Estema and Afghan booter Ma Sa in their camps
Earlier, Kings’ signed in Emon Babu, Mamun Ali, Mannaf Rabby, Krishna Kumar, Shoaib, Rakibul Hasan Tushar, Hemonto Vincent Biswas, Didarul Haque, Salahuddin, Towhidul Alam Sabuj, Nurul Nayeem Faisal and Mohammad Ibrahim for their maiden stint in the premier league of the country.
